    1. Direct Booking: By making a reservation, you are booking directly with the hotel.
    2. Booking and Cancellation Policies: Please carefully review the booking and cancellation policies. Changes or cancellations may incur penalties as specified. Policies are subject to seasonal variations, which will be indicated during the booking process.
    3. Payment and Identification: During check-in, you may be required to provide payment details and identification.
    4. Additional Charges: Services not explicitly included in the booking may be subject to additional charges.
    5. Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability.
    6. Refund Processing: Refunds for cancellations of refundable bookings may take between two to four weeks to reflect in your credit card or bank statement. Bank or credit card charges may be deducted from the advance. Processing time is dependent on the policies of the bank.

    Cancellation Policy

      

    Cancellation Policy For Early Bird Package

      
    1. If cancellation is made 2 or more days prior to the standard check-in time, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
    2. If cancellation is done within 48 hours of standard check in time, then full amount will be charged.
      

    General Cancellation Policy

      
    1. If cancellation is made 1 or more days prior to the standard check-in time, a fee of 2.5% of the booking amount will be charged as payment gateway charges.
    2. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the standard check-in time, the first night’s amount, along with the payment gateway charges, will be charged as cancellation fees.
